Meet Morgan
Morgan Lee Gerstmar (she/her) is a Los Angeles–based coach, educator, and performer who helps clients uncover their own best answers and pathways forward. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in education, neuroscience, the arts, and leadership, she empowers working parents, non-profits, neurodiverse individuals, creative professionals, and entrepreneurs to make confident, self-directed decisions and achieve meaningful goals. Currently completing the UC Davis Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program and pursuing International Coaching Federation certification, Morgan’s work is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and transformation.
